Refund policy

Returns
Shaker Village return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Food products and gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our returns department at returns@shakervillageky.org or 859.734.1557.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned item has been received.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
Items will be replaced only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email returns@shakervillageky.org and ship your item to: Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, 3501 Lexington Road, Harrodsburg, Ky. 40330.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, ship your item to: Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, 3501 Lexington Road, Harrodsburg, Ky. 40330.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service and insure the package as necessary.
